Growth Passion- A 4 week group coaching program for business owners who have been in business for 3+ years.  It is designed to equip the participants with growth strategiesto help them remain relevant and on the cutting egde.  Topics covered in this program include entrepreneurship success mentality, strategic planning, performance management, organizational systems, how to identify, attract, convert and retain ideal clients and much more. Participants have an opportunity to interact with other business owners for networking and growth purposes as well as a free post coaching and business advisory services for 3 months. Participants can choose the module they wish to take or take all 4.

 

Module 1 - Passion

Is having a business turning out to be what you expected?  Many entrepreneurs find themselves caught up in the daily running of the business with little or no pay.  The entrepreneurial dream is slowly turning into a night mare and you  have no idea where to turn.  In this module participangts gets to re-discover the soul of their business, why they exist, what they stand for, what do they want to become.  They also get identify what is their business personality so that they can better understand their strengths and what to do with their weakness.

 

Module 2 - Plan

Many business owners agree that if you don't plan you are planning to fail, but very few have an actual plan that drives the activities and decisions of their organizations. This module is designed to demystify the complexities of strategic business planning by addressing the factors that make enduring organizations, unveiling the components of a successful strategic plan, developing strategic thinkers to implement the plan and much more.

 

Module 3 Performance

Inspiring someone to be their best is no easy task. This module is covers how to obtain optimum performance – personal and corporate; understanding the role of goal setting in performance management; providiving motivational tools and techniques to help employees set and achieve goals and will helping participants to understand and apply the 3 phase model for peak performance.

 

Module 4 - Profit Engine

Cash is to business what a blood is to a body. Without marketing and sales there can be no cash. This module covers, Fundamentals of marketing – how to identify, attract, convert and retain clients., Understanding and optimizing every cycle of your product or service, Developing C.I.G Strategies to stay connected and gain more referrals and effective Networking Strategies to build relationships that increase the bottom line.
